As I mentioned above you and your children are very important to me and I am dedicated to make sure that the children here at Joyland are treated with love and care as if they were my own children or grandchildren. If you ever feel that this is not happening with one of our employees here, please do not hesitate to notify me immediately as it will not be tolerated at Joyland. You and your children is what makes Joyland and we want you to be pleased with the services we provide, I only hire individuals who I trust can provide the care each child deserves, so please don’t hesitate to contact me with any issue you have and we will work together to resolve the problem.
